The way you pay for / renew your Hockey Wales membership is changing for the forthcoming season.

In the past, you would have paid for your Swansea Hockey Club Membership and Hockey Wales membership as a combined fee with us. This year, you are required to register and pay with both organisations separately; Swansea Hockey Club via our Pitchero Website Shop and with Hockey Wales you just need to follow the steps in the renewal reminder sent on or around August 2nd (you can also log onto the Hockey Wales Sport:80 member portal, click on the ‘Edit’ button next to your membership on the dashboard, and follow the on-screen instructions).

You will need to do both of these before the start of the forthcoming season, or you will not be eligible to play for Swansea Hockey Club, and you will not be covered by Hockey Wales insurance. Hockey Wales will be sending an updated members list to each club, to ensure that those involved in domestic Welsh Hockey will be appropriately covered.

You will have received numerous reminders to renew your membership before the start of the season, but please try not to leave it until the last minute as this may affect our ability to select you for early matches. If you are transferring from one club to another in the off-season, select your new club on the Hockey Wales membership form to transfer your information to your new club.
