Following the success of the last HIIT and skills session given by members of the Welsh Ladies squad, a star studded line up of the Wales Men's team are giving a free masterclass and Q&A session tonight to all our amazing members!

This includes ex-Swansea Hockey Club and current Swansea University student Ioan Wall as well as James Kyriakides, Ben Francis and Dan Kyriakides who all started their hockey at Swansea City Hockey Club, before we merged in 2018. They have all gone on to achieve great things at both Club and International level!
