The collection of match fees has always been a challenge for coaches, captains, players, and finance to keep of top of so, as a Club, we have decided to use the Match Fees facility on Pitchero to collect all match fees.

Members can easily pay in seconds via the Club app or the web version of their Pitchero account, which should make collecting and paying match fees easier for both captains and players alike. It will also make is easier for us to accurately account for match fees received and manage outstanding payments.

So, as from 16th October we will no longer be accepting cash payments for match fees and will expect all payments to be made via Pitchero.

What do you need to do next?

PLAYERS
All players need to make sure you have the Pitchero app downloaded – you should have done this already to confirm your availability for training and matches.

COACHES/CAPTAINS/TEAM ADMINS
All coaches/captains/team admins need to make sure you have the Pitchero Manager app downloaded – you should have done this already to manager your squads’ availability for training and matches.
